The motorcycle must be equipped witha an IMU and then you only have to ride at the desired speed, either giving or not some impulse on the motorcycle to excite vibration modes. The tool will recognize automatically coast down and constant speed manoeuvres, MMI also recognize is tests are due in straight or corner and will help you to organize reports by automatically performing plots displaying frequencies, amplitudes and decay rate for Weave and Wobble modes.
MMI combine two types of analysis: Stochastic Subspace Identification (no need for impulses) and Time Fitting Identification.
